How We Work for You

(1) You provide us with the needed details:

• Pictures
• Measurements
• Scope
• Job Notes

Whatever works best for you. You can send the information to us using our on-line Order Form, Email us, or call us directly. 

If you have any special tools such as MatterPort or EagleView, we are experienced enough to incorporate this information directly into your Xactimate estimate.

(2) We go to work

After we receive your scope details and confirm that we have everything we need, Redline will Acknowledge and Accept your request and begin to work on your estimate.

Once your Xactimate estimate is compete, it will be returned back to your within the timeline agreed, usually within 1-2 business days. 

RUSH/SAME DAY ESTIMATES can be completed, call our office for details.

(3) We send you your Estimate

All completed estimates will be forwarded back to you in both ESX and PDF format.

• Carrier/Adjuster/TPA request for revisions will be completed at NO extra change
• If permission is granted, we can speak to your customer on your behalf  to discuss estimate/line item details.

Once Final Approval of our estimate is received, final invoicing will be completed at this time.

(5) On-Site Inspections

If requested, Redline Estimating and Inspections would be more than happy to assist and perform an on-site inspection of your project, regardless of the size or type of loss. Please contact our office so we can discuss coverage and availability.
